Home Learning College Meet the Tutors

Home Learning College are the UK's only vocational home study provider with a dedicated in-house Tutoring service. Our college Tutors are divided into four Faculties each one headed by an experienced Faculty Manager who all report to the Academic Director. The Tutoring service is based on sound educational principles and the utilisation of leading edge technology to achieve the required learning outcomes. Our full-time Tutors ensure that all Students benefit from expert Tutoring, greatly improving the quality of their home study experience and their course and examination pass rate.

Our Tutors are passionate about helping their Students succeed, and are excellent communicators. You will have constant access to your personal Tutor via the Virtual Learning Community or by email, phone or post. All emails are replied to within 24 hours and Students' assignments are marked within 14 days, though 5 days is the norm. You will find your Tutor readily available and highly supportive.

All Tutors are recruited from academic backgrounds, and are experts in their particular area of study. Tutors have to meet strict qualification criteria. For example, an AAT Tutor must be qualified to at least AAT Diploma level, and have previous experience in teaching. All Tutors undertake a BTEC Distance Learning Course, or equivalent, that skills them in delivering an outstanding home study experience for our Students.
