Association of Accounting Technicians (AAT) Level 4 Diploma - Unit 11

This AAT Unit 11 covers a wide range of subjects including how to draft and interpret financial statements of limited companies, and sole traders and partnerships.

It also builds upon what information should be included within financial statements and how these should be presented and the principles in financial reporting standards.

At the end of the course having completed 6 units you will have completed the full AAT Accounting Qualification.

At the end of your course having completed and passed 6 units you will obtain the Association of Accounting Technicians (AAT) Level 4 Diploma for Accounting Technicians**.

The AAT Level 4 Diploma will give you the skills to work in many different kinds of companies and organisations – as well as the choice of a wide variety of job opportunities. As a qualified accounting professional in a smaller business, you might be the only member of staff who is expert in finance. While in a larger company you might be part of a wider financial team. Either way it’s an industry recognised qualification that proves you have the skills employers are searching for to manage their finances.

Alternatively you might opt to work for yourself after qualifying - providing accountancy services for small businesses and the self-employed.

You can also use this Diploma to progress to chartered accountancy or study for a degree. The course is approximately equivalent to the 1st year of an honours degree. The AAT accounting qualification gives entry to and/or exemptions from the following:
