Get an accredited Ofqual qualification from the IAB

The International Association of Book-keepers (IAB) is recognised and regulated as an awarding body by the relevant government authorities in England (QCA), Wales (ACCAC) and Northern Ireland (CCEA) and most IAB qualifications are fully accredited, offering candidates the opportunity to gain recognised, highly valued certifications.

IAB qualifications are designed to equip finance professionals with the necessary knowledge and skills for a particular occupational role. Those who successfully pass IAB examinations are also eligible to apply to become a member of the IAB at the relevant grade. Those achieving level 3 qualifications combined with two year’s relevant work experience are entitled to use the title of ‘Registered Bookkeeper’.

Through its broad range of Ofqual accredited qualifications and its CPD activities, the IAB aims to meet an extensive range of financial skills needs of young people and adults and to provide essential business skills for those starting or developing a small business.
