If you are already an IT Professional, this course will show you everything you need to know to provide a range of technical support for the Windows Vista Operating System. As a qualified MCTS in Windows Vista, you will have the knowledge and skills to configure Windows Vista for optimal performance on the desktop. This includes installing, managing and configuring the new security, network and application features in Windows Vista.

The Microsoft Vista Desktop Support Technician course will qualify you with an industry recognised MCDST qualification. MCDST proves you have the skills employers are searching for to manage their Windows Vista operating systems. At the end of the course you will sit Exam 70-620:TS: Configuring Microsoft Windows Vista Client. Pass the exam successfully and you complete the requirements for the following certifications(s): Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist (MCTS): Windows Vista, Configuration
