On completion of the ACCA Level 4 Diploma in Accounting & Business, you will have gained a strong grounding in the basics of accountancy and will be ready to progress to the next step towards ACCA Qualification.

The ACCA Accountancy course in Accounting & Business will take you through the first three examinations of the full ACCA Chartered Certified Member qualification - F1: Accounting in Business (FAB), F2: Management Accounting (FMA) and F3: Financial Accounting (FFA) - as well as an additional compulsory Foundations in Professionalism (FiP) exam.

The course covers the fundamentals of accounting systems and the financial processes used within businesses, as well as detailing the professional and ethical skills needed within an accountancy practice.

To enrol on the ACCA Level 4 Diploma in Accounting & Business course you must have a minimum of three GCSEs and two A Levels in five individual subjects, including English and Maths. Three years accounting experience are also preferable although exceptions can be made for students who demonstrate sufficient competence.

On completion of the ACCA Level 4 Diploma in Accounting & Business you can progress to the next step level of the ACCA Chartered Certified Member Qualification via the Advanced Diploma in Accounting & Business module.

After gaining the ACCA Advanced Diploma and demonstrating the correct level of experience you will be able to move onto the final exams for the full ACCA Qualification, from which you can progress to chartered status.

Gaining the ACCA Level 4 Diploma in Accounting & Business can also be used to support a trainee accountancy role within a business or accounting practice.
