Who is the IDM?

Course Snapshot

The Award is the equivalent of a QCF level 4 qualification. The course contains ten modules covering the fundamental principles of direct and digital marketing.

This Award has been created with input from over 20 expert practitioners to give students a thorough grounding in the principles of best practice direct and digital marketing. Upon completion you will be qualified to understand the roles and benefits of online and offline channels; plan, implement, test and measure successful integrated campaigns, and be confident to brief and evaluate suppliers.

Entry requirements


There are no formal entry requirements for the IDM Award in Direct and Digital Marketing, however all students must be over 18 years and have a good command of spoken and written English.
